MA, Professional Counselor Associate
I believe that many of the struggles we experience today began as creative ways of adapting to life's challenges. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating grief, experiencing relationship difficulties, or finding yourself caught in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can offer a space to better understand what has shaped you and discover new ways of moving forward. I work with adults and couples and have a special interest in complex trauma, attachment wounds, relationship concerns, grief, and the transitions that come with parenthood. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted. You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Together, we can begin to understand your experiences with curiosity and compassion while creating space for healing, growth, and lasting change.

I believe meaningful change happens through awareness rather than judgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and experiential. Together, we slow down and become curious about what is happening in the present moment. By paying attention to emotions, body sensations, and relationship patterns, we can begin to understand how past experiences continue to shape your life today. My work is informed by attachment theory and draws from Hakomi, Somatic Experiencing, and the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT). These approaches recognize that our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and nervous systems are deeply connected. Rather than trying to fix or eliminate difficult experiences, we explore them with curiosity and compassion, helping you better understand the patterns that once protected you and discover new ways of responding. Whether we are working individually or as a couple, I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, collaborative, and authentic. I trust in each person's innate capacity for healing and growth, and I see therapy as an opportunity to reconnect with your resilience, deepen your relationships, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I value the relationships that matter most to me. I am a wife, mother, sister, and friend, and I enjoy spending time with the people I love. You'll often find me cooking or baking, exploring the outdoors, or taking my dogs on an adventure. These parts of my life help keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of connection, presence, and finding joy in everyday moments.
